Pay full price upfront or half now and half later.
When you choose to pay half now and half later it makes your portrait more affordable. What you'll do is email Brooke with the details of your custom portrait. Brooke will email you an invoice for half the price once you place the order. Once the first half of the payment is recieved, painting may begin. When your portrait is finished you'll recieve another invoice via email for the second half of your portrait cost. The second half must be paid before Brooke sends your finished portrait - without the other half of the payment you cannot recieve your portrait.

Life was better when it was simple, am I right? To mail in an order, print and fill out the order details form or simply write the details on another piece of paper you have lying around. Seal up your order form in an envelope along with a photo or photos of your pet and send it to the adress:

When your order is received, Brooke will mail you back an invoice for the required amount and an extra envelope for you to send either cash or check.
You may also email your order and mail-in cash or check to speed up the process.
**Please keep in mind that mail-in orders take longer to fufill due to the time order forms and payment spends in transit.
FAQs
How long to complete?
Most portraits take about 2 weeks from order to delivery.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, each portrait includes at least one revision to ensure you love the final result.
What if all I have is a very old photo?
Send any photo you have; we work with what you provide to capture their spirit. However - as much as it is possible to you - a clear, well-lit photo is much easier to work with and helps Brooke capture more of the details that make your pet so special.
How do I place an order?
There are a few options to order. You can order through our shop and pay in full with zero hassle, or you can special order portraits if the shop doesn't quite have all that you're looking for. You can also mail-in orders if technology is the bane of your existance.
